Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

MindHarbor is owned and operated by Luxe Vera LLC. By creating an account or using MindHarbor (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Service.

What MindHarbor Is (and Isn’t)

MindHarbor is a self-help wellness app. It offers mood, stress, and sleep tracking, journaling with supportive AI reflections, guided exercises, and audio content.

MindHarbor is not a medical device, a mental-health diagnosis tool, medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. It is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line directly — the in-app Crisis Resources page lists options.

The Crisis-Detection Feature

MindHarbor screens journal entries for language that may signal a crisis and, where detected, offers links to crisis resources. This feature is a supportive safety net only. It cannot detect every situation, may produce false alerts or miss signs of distress, and is not monitored by a person in real time. It does not replace professional judgment or emergency services. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate help.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use MindHarbor.

Premium Subscriptions & Payments

MindHarbor offers a paid “Premium” tier that unlocks additional content. Premium subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Free features remain available without a subscription.

If you’re using MindHarbor inside our mobile apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, subscriptions and payment are handled on our website — purchases are not offered inside the mobile app itself. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing provider, and access to Premium content ends at the end of your current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the policies of your billing provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MindHarbor only for its intended personal-wellness purposes and not to misuse the Service, attempt to access others’ data, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the journal entries, check-ins, and other content you create in MindHarbor. The Service — its design, exercises, audio, and materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, payments (Stripe), and AI reflections. We’re not responsible for the independent practices of these providers, and their terms may also apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

MindHarbor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any decisions you make based on its content or the results of its crisis-detection or AI features. You use MindHarbor at your own risk.

Termination

You can stop using MindHarbor and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
